Traders Point is blessed to partner with some incredible global organizations that are making a Kingdom-impact in their areas of the world. GO Trips are offered every year as opportunities to see the work that God is doing through these partners and missionaries. These trips focus on strengthening relationships between Traders Point and the people served by these organizations. We believe that mutual transformation happens within the context of these relationships, bringing all of us closer to the image of God.

A GO Trip is a 6-10 day trip that allows you to see the work that God is doing through our global partners and missionaries. These trips focus on strengthening relationships between Traders Point and the people served by these organizations. GO Trips often involve a service project component but our focus is being with people rather than doing or accomplishing tasks.

GO Trips are open to people who attend Traders Point Christian Church. Some trips allow for younger children (8+), while others are for adults 18 and older. We highly encourage families, small groups, and friends to participate in a GO Trip together. 

Every GO Trip cost varies depending on location. The cost shown on the website includes airfare, lodging and food. Costs not included are passport application/renewal, vaccinations, airport snacks/meals, and personal souvenir shopping. We encourage trip participants to consider asking friends and family to help support their trip financially. All financial gifts donated through Traders Point are tax deductible. The Outreach team can provide tips and resources for support raising.

Child Sponsorship

Part of the heartbeat of our church is to care for vulnerable children all around the world. We’re committed to preventing children from becoming vulnerable and intervening in situations where children are vulnerable.

One of the ways that we carry out this mission is through child sponsorship. By loving the one, sponsorships help transform children, their families, and entire communities—now and for eternity. Traders Point partners with child sponsorship programs through Missions of Hope International and Compassion International.
